When we were asked by Woodland Trust to eradicate laurel and rhododendron from a woodland on the edge of Dartmoor, in South Devon, we were excited to find it was going to be an interesting job! Many of the laurel stands were on the edge of huge precipitous granite boulders (tors). This wasn't a problem though, as our rope access team (Martin and Adam) were able to kit-up and safely access these plants, while mitigating the dangers of working at height.
